We’ve partnered with a growing cabinet making and installation company on the lookout for a hands-on Site Installation Manager to lead their install projects across Sydney and beyond. You’ll be the go-to on site—coordinating teams, managing timelines, and stepping in on the tools when needed to get the job done.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with definite long-term potential for the right person.

The Role:
You’ll take ownership of installations from start to finish, leading the site team, coordinating timelines, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. While 90% of the work is in Sydney, some national travel will be required—so flexibility is key.

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing cabinet installation projects end to end.

Managing and mentoring site-based installers and subcontractors.

Maintaining WHS standards and ensuring compliance.

Liaising with clients, project managers, and internal teams.

Jumping on the tools when needed to support the team and hit deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a Site Supervisor / Install Manager or similar role.

Background in cabinet making, shopfitting, or trades-based installation.

Hands-on mindset – you're not afraid to lead from the front.

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel for short stints (all expenses covered).

Current driver's licence and full work rights in Australia.
