We’re looking for a passionate, skilled and friendly Senior Hairdresser to join our warm and growing salon team in Hawthorn, VIC.

Hourly rate: $30–$35/hr + super + bonuses

What we’re looking for:

A qualified hairdresser with at least 3 years of salon floor experience

Confident in colouring, cutting, styling and blow waves

Someone who loves to build real client relationships

A strong team player who brings good vibes and professionalism

Bonus if you have experience with balayage, blondes, or curly hair

Your role will include:

Delivering beautiful results and experiences for our clients

Working with high-quality colour and haircare products

Assisting with training juniors (if needed)

Contributing to the positive, creative salon culture
