About the Role: We’re searching for a dynamic Senior Stylist, who can cut AND colour to join our team at Organika Carlton. In this role, your responsibilities will be to own client satisfaction through delivering on amazing hair and salon experience. Your contribution will be invaluable to our continued growth and you'll form a key part of our salon culture. We're looking for an expereinced senior hairdresser with at least 3 years of in-salon experience..

Key Responsibilities:

Giving engaging and client focussed consultations and fully understanding client needs.

Drive client satisfaction by ensuring seamless service and atmosphere.

Be a master of your craft and be willing to learn to be even better

Be willing to learn about the products and colours used including key health and sustainability benefits and be able to accurately explain these to clients

What We’re Looking For:

You have a Certificate 3 or higher in Hairdressing (or equivilant)

You have a strong sense of motivation and passion for customer care

You are well presented and can lead by example.

You are organised, can multi-task and can work within a team.

You are an experienced senior hairdresser with at least 5 years expereince who can cut and colour and is willing to perfect their skills.

You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and have ideally worked with luxury and/or sustainability brands before.
