About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and hands-on Retail Assistant to join our growing team. This casual role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of café service and retail, with a focus on preparing drinks and creating warm, welcoming customer experiences. You'll also support chocolate sales during busy periods, so versatility and great energy are a must.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, etc.)
• Bake and present cookies (pre-made dough, training provided)
• Operate POS system and handle transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café
• Support chocolate sales during peak hours
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service

The Successful Candidate

• Previous café or retail experience preferred
• Confident using POS systems
• Comfortable with basic food and drink prep (training provided)
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Able to multitask and assist during peak times
• Available for the following tentative hours:

Tuesday to Friday: 10.30am-3.30pm Saturday: 11am-5pm
