This ASX-listed group is an Australian icon, with over $6bn in annual revenue, and a large share of which coming from overseas sales.

The group are going through a period of positive change, following several recent European acquisitions.

The Role

Following these acquisitions, they are looking to hire a full-time interim for a period of 6 months, focusing on projects including:

• Post-M&A integration; liaising with stakeholders at both group level and in recently acquired business. Gathering information from new entities to ensure integration into year end processes;
• Ensuring that the business is compliant with BEPS Pillar Two rules; and
• Work around Tax Controversy & Dispute Resolution’

The remit of this role may change slightly dependent on the background and skillset of the successful candidate.

What you’ll bring

• CA or CPA qualified, with further qualification (such as MTax) beneficial;
• Proven experience delivering on strategic tax projects for a global organisation at a high-level;
• A strong communicator who’s comfortable working with a large number of cross-border stakeholders; and
• Analytically minded, with good attention to detail.
