ONF Surveyors is seeking Experienced Surveyors to join our fast-growing team on the Sunshine Coast. This full-time position offers the chance to lead various projects.

Our Sunshine Coast office is based at Maroochydore in the heart of the Sunshine Coast and supports our clients from the North Lakes to Bundaberg to Somerset Dam.

The Role

• Conducting land and construction surveys to support various development projects
• Carrying out pre-survey plan searching and office calculations
• Field surveys for feature surveys, building construction and property boundary surveys subject to levels of registration
• Performing analysis and interpretation of survey data to produce detailed reports and drawings
• Collaborating with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Utilising the latest surveying equipment and software to capture accurate data
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with industry regulations

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in Surveying, a related field or working towards one
• Proven experience in development surveys preferably with or working towards Cadastral Endorsement
• Strong technical skills in operating survey equipment and using CAD software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid Queensland driver's license.
