Full time, permanent position in our warehouse team.

Videndum Media Distribution manufactures and distributes premium branded photographic and video equipment such as tripods, bags, filters and lights for professional and consumer photographers and videographers.

Through these means we enable the capturing and sharing of exceptional content across a wide range of your favourite brands such as Manfrotto, Lowepro, JOBY, Gitzo, Avenger and more with a growing pro video capturing category to encompass the needs of the everyday creative, content creator and professional freelancer. Major Responsibilities:

Assisting in getting our goods to our customers accurately and in a timely fashion

Abiding all OHS legislation and complying to all Warehouse Safety Practices and Procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and visitors; reporting safety issues to management

Communicating any issues or improvements to the right person

Core Tasks:

Receiving:
• Receiving shipments and scanning goods into the warehouse inventory
• Putting away physically all received stock
• Unloading containers (frequency: 1 container per week in normal circumstances)

Order Processing & Packing:
• Picking all types of orders (EDI, backorder, internet etc.)
• Scanning and packing orders accurately and timely, including orders containing Dangerous Goods (i.e.
lithium-ion batteries)

Other Duties:
• Forklift operation (License is desirable but not essential)
• General warehouse maintenance duties
• Keeping a clean and tidy work environment

Technical skills required:

Ability to use computer for daily activities (printing orders for picking) and data entry (for packing goods and entering details in the system)

Ability to use RF (Radio Frequency Equipment)

WMS (Warehouse Management System)

Other abilities required:

Must be able to lift or move products, sometimes weighing 25 kg or over (with help)

High physical stamina and manual dexterity

Able to stand, kneel and walk frequently

Our casual team members usually join us full time for training for at least one month and then typically move to 3 full days per week, depending on their own availability.
