About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our Quality Control team at our busy manufacturing site in Dandenong South. Reporting directly to the QC Team Leader, this hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in a production or manufacturing environment and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lab tests on in-process production samples and critical raw materials
• Record test results accurately in logbooks or Excel (if computer-literate)
• Maintain clean and organized laboratory spaces and equipment
• Collect and store batch retain samples for traceability
• Test incoming bulk raw materials
• Report any out-of-specification results immediately to the QC Team Leader or Production Manager
• Follow all lab protocols, safety standards, and test conditions
• Support general housekeeping and ensure lab hygiene is maintained

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment (essential)
• Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality
• No specific licenses or tickets required - full training provided
• Basic computer skills (advantageous)
