Connect People is seeking multiple experienced Administrators for 3 x open positions at our client's Cremorne office.
Our client is one of the largest infrastructure and essential services providers in Australia and New Zealand. A peak period of record validation is expected in the coming months, with approximately 1,000+ new records requiring verification due to recent contract wins in the Telco sector.
The Role:
- Immediate start for an initial 2-month contract, with strong potential for extension up to 6 months based on business needs.
- Standard hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, including a 30-minute lunch break.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and verify individual competency documents (e.g., qualifications, trade tickets, licences, certificates) using the internal compliance system.
- Support the team in managing a backlog and increased volume of individual compliance validations.
- Carefully review sensitive documents to ensure their authenticity and detect any signs of fraud or tampering.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Basic administration and high-volume data validation experience.
- Computer literate and focused on delivering accurate, high-quality work with a strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes accurately.
