About the Role:
This isn’t your typical sales role. We're seeking someone who is not only great at finding new clients but also willing to learn the ins and outs of the NDIS/Aged Care business. As part of a small, hands-on team, you'll work across multiple departments – from client outreach and coordination to admin and service development.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and build relationships with potential NDIS/My Aged Care clients and referral networks Assist in creating and executing sales strategies and campaigns Learn and support other parts of the business, including client onboarding, admin, and team coordination Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity Provide feedback and insights to help grow the business.

What we are looking for:

. Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the healthcare, NDIS, or My Aged Care sectors

. Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and adapt to various roles within the organisation

. Genuine passion for improving the lives of others and making a meaningful impact

. Previous experience as a Support Coordinator, NDIS Local Area Coordinator, Plan Manager or Team Leader role is highly desirable

. Seeking someone available to work from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call availability between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on weekdays. Flexibility to take on additional shifts is also required
