Location: Carole Park, Brisbane
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 2:30pm (27.5 hours / week)
A long-established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to manage accounts payable, payroll, and general office duties.
Key Duties:
Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Prepare financial and ATO reports
Weekly payroll processing, superannuation, and staff onboarding
Respond to payroll and finance queries
Manage office records, supplies, and communication
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in Payroll / Accounts Payable roles
Proficiency in Xero and / or Tanda
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Experience with EBAs or construction/engineering industries is a plus
