The Speech Pathology Department at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Senior Speech Pathologist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity

  • Deliver high-level clinical services and leadership for inpatient and outpatient speech pathology services across the lifespan within MHHS facilities, as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
  • This position reported operationally and professionally to the MHHS Director of Speech Pathology.

About the Team

Our Speech Pathology Service delivers care to patients, both children and adults, throughout our hospital departments as well as in outpatient, community, and rural settings. Our Speech Pathologists provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management to children and adults needing help with communication and/or swallowing.
