About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join the growing team at Destiny Therapy Group in Sydney, NSW. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality speech, language, and communication services to our diverse client base, helping them reach their full potential.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to address client goals and improve their communication skills

Dcument client progress and maintain detailed case notes

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices

Contribute to the growth and development of the Destiny Therapy Group's speech pathology services

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist, preferably in the NDIS setting

Strong clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of a range of speech, language, and communication disorders

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
