Position: Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time)
About the role
At BigTurnHR, our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join their esteemed team. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children in our community.
What you'll be doing
Delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
Implementing the Early Years Learning Framework to support children's holistic development
Fostering a nurturing, safe and inclusive learning environment
Collaborating with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and wellbeing
Maintaining detailed records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements
Actively participating in professional development to continually improve your practice
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Ensure compliance with National Regulations, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
Valid teaching registration or eligibility for registration in NSW
Demonstrated experience in early childhood education, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting
Strong understanding of child development and the ability to tailor learning experiences accordingly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Commitment to upholding high standards of care and education
