We partner with CEOs and Boards to solve big, complex problems—and help deliver the solutions.

We’re growing and looking for a Strategy Consultant (~2 years experience) or Senior Consultant (~4 years experience) to join our Brisbane-based team. If you’ve got strong foundational experience, and are a sharp, driven thinker who is hungry to learn and accelerate your career—this is the role for you.

About the Role

As part of our team, you’ll work on strategy engagements across sectors like industrials, health, finance and consumer discretionary. Every project is different and you’ll gain hands-on exposure to C-suite decision-making and take ownership of work that makes a real-world difference.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting strategy projects from development to execution

Conducting market, competitor, and customer research

Building financial and data models (Excel / Power BI)

Developing compelling PowerPoint presentations for Boards and Executives

Helping to deliver strategy design and planning engagements

Working directly with senior team members and clients

About You

You’re already building a strong consulting toolkit—perhaps from the Big 4, a boutique firm, or an internal strategy role. You want more exposure, more challenges, and more ownership.

You are:

Analytical, curious and confident with ambiguity

A very strong communicator (written and verbal)

Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint

Proactive—someone who brings solutions, not just problems

Comfortable with both autonomy and collaboration

Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate and improve strategy outcomes

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

Consultant: ~2 years of relevant corporate experience or

Senior Consultant: ~4 years of relevant corporate experience

Background in strategy, finance, data, operations or performance improvement

Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

A mindset for using tools like AI to do actively innovate and apply them to deliver faster and smarter results

Full working rights in Australia

Nice-to-haves:

Consulting experience (Big 4, boutique or in-house)

Relevant tertiary qualifications (GPA 6.0+ preferred) or MBA

Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualisation tools
