Your New Role
As Site Manager, you will be at the heart of each build — managing every element of project delivery on-site. You will:

• Lead daily operations across all phases of the build
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Manage timelines, budgets, and delivery targets
• Enforce safety and quality standards with confidence
• Troubleshoot site challenges and drive fast, practical solutions
• Represent the builder as a key face of the project

The Like Mind
You will bring proven experience managing medium to large-scale commercial or residential projects, ideally valued between $10M and $50M. Your ability to lead on-site operations with confidence and clarity is matched by strong communication and leadership skills that keep teams motivated and aligned.
You take a proactive, solutions-focused approach, thinking on your feet and resolving challenges before they become issues. Your understanding of current WHS practices and building codes ensures compliance and safety are never compromised. Whether you come from a construction management or trade background, your technical knowledge and practical insight will be highly valued.
