We're currently looking for a Site Manager to be stationed across 2 projects valued from $5m - $15m within the broader Adelaide metro area.

Duties in your role will include:

• Full site set up
• Management of all trades and subcontractors
• Ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
• Management of all aspects of health and safety (OH&S)
• Management of stakeholders both internally and externally

To be successful in your application you will require the following:

• Minimum 5 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
• Essential that you have worked across the full project cycle of an industrial, health or education project
• Preferred experience delivering projects for DIT, Department of Education, or other public sector bodies
• Strong management and coordination skills
• Ability to lead and manage Site Supervisors & Project Coordinators
• Autonomy in working across multiple sites
• Excellent understanding of OH&S
• Ability to work autonomously
