We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in South Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

Close qualified warm leads (daily phone appointments provided)
Educate customers on energy-efficient product upgrades
Effectively manage objections and build rapport over the phone
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet KPIs
Drive customer retention and satisfaction

What You’ll Be Selling:

Heat Pump - Hot Water Systems
Air Conditioning Systems
Cool Rooms & Freezers
Residential Solar Panels & Battery Storage

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of phone-based sales experience is essential
(Energy, Telco, Solar - preferred | VEU product knowledge - desired)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and professionalism
Pleasant telephone manner and effective written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of finance or marketing processes is advantageous
Full legal working rights in Australia are required
