Your Role

As an Interior Designer, you will play an essential role in supporting the design and execution of interior design from concept to completion. Working closely under the Senior Interior Designers, you will contribute to project development and implementation. Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, you will help translate creative visions into practical, functional, and aesthetically stunning design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Concept Development: Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of interior design schemes, ensuring alignment with client briefs and project goals.

Design Documentation: Prepare high-quality documentation, including material boards, mood boards, and technical drawings, using Revit.

Space Planning: Develop innovative and functional space planning layouts for multi-residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and refine details to achieve project objectives.

Consultant Coordination: Work closely with external consultants and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections.

Project Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate interior design with overall architectural concepts.

What you will bring to the team

Minimum 3 years of studio experience in interior design

Degree or diploma in Interior Design

Revit proficiency

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and FF&E processes.

Portfolio showcasing multi-residential is highly regarded.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in seniors living industry is a plus
