About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front House Staff to join our dynamic team at The Char Rotisserie' in Balmain, NSW. This part-time role will see you playing a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Warmly greeting and seating customers
• Providing prompt and attentive table service
• Suggesting menu items and making recommendations to enhance the customer experience
• Handling cash and card payments efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and well-presented dining area
• Supporting the kitchen team as required
• Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene protocols

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, polite and professional demeanour
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• A demonstrated passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
