Led by a seasoned mortgage broker specialising in residential lending, VH Finance prides itself on delivering personalised, high-quality service to our valued clients.

The Role

You will play a pivotal part in the business, acting as the key liaison between clients, lenders, and offshore support staff. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and mentoring a team of 3 offshore staff to ensure timely and accurate loan processing

Liaising with clients, lenders, conveyancers, and other third parties to keep the loan process moving

Managing settlements from submission through to post-settlement care

Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up

Ensuring compliance with lender and industry requirements

Helping manage daily schedules and broker workflows to maximise productivity and ensure priority tasks are actioned

Maintaining and managing CRM systems to track applications, pipelines, and broker activities

Supporting the development and implementation of efficient processes to enhance client service and reduce turnaround times

About You

You’ll bring a strong background in broker support or third-party lending (such as from a bank), with a solid understanding of the end-to-end loan process.

Has experience in mortgage broker support or bank third-party channel roles

Understands residential lending and can work across a range of lender platforms

Is confident managing others and delegating tasks effectively

Is highly organised, solutions-focused, and takes pride in customer service
