This is an exciting opportunity to join a new venture at ML Builders as a Major and complex loss Building Manager in our new Adelaide office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the construction and renovation of properties following major insurance claims. You will play a key role in delivering projects to the highest quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Our company services Key Insurers, Loss adjusters and Brokers

From Emergency Make safes to Rebuilding factories, Commercial and retail buildings, domestic properties, Strata complexes, Rural farms, sheds, due to Fires, Floods, Impacts and catastrophes like Cyclones etc.

Do You…

Have extensive insurance building experience servicing Large and complex loss building repairs for Key loss adjusters and insurers.

Have a quality trade base and or insurance existing relationships with proven delivery.

Skills and experience

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate skills and experience. in one or more of the following

Qualified Carpenter or similar trade back ground.

Diploma in Building and construction or similar.

Registered Building practitioner and or eligible to apply

Experience in good computer and software skills relevant to our industry.

Previous experience within the insurance industry a must.

Currently Gainfully employed within the specialist insurance building industry

Strong industry client and trade relationships
