Project Manager - Civil Construction - Subdivision

Location: Across SEQ
Job Type: Full-time permanent role
Salary: $160k-$170k + super + vehicle

About the Company

Our client is a respected civil contractor based out of South East Queensland who are doing exceptional things within the land development space and have grown rapidly over the last 5 years.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an dynamic project manager to step into a dynamic role offering both challenge and growth. To assist in the delivery of key projects across the Brisbane area and help to grow what is an already established business unit. Project locations are all within SEQ so you will be home everynight and have that good work life balance we are all looking for.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work across a variety o subdivision, council & road jobs
• Work closely with the engineering team
• Ensure daily work activities are delegated efficiently at pre-start
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary
• Supervise the team to ensure the final product meets specifications in terms of design, quality, safety, and budget
• Plan and schedule work, and allocate resources to meet project objectives
• Coordinate and participate in safety meetings and inspections

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Relevant project delivery experience in the subdivision space in Queensland
• Previous experience in project management role
• Knowledge of the local clientel and landscape of the region
• Experience managing multiple projects at once is advantageous
• Drive, determination & perserverance are a must!
