About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Product Solutions Expert to join our dynamic team at Planit. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and integration of CABINET VISION software into our clients’ manufacturing environments. You will work closely with clients to understand their workflows, configure the software to meet their production needs, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of CABINET VISION software for new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with their operational requirements.

Customise and configure software settings to optimize performance and compatibility with client manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver tailored solutions.

Integrate CABINET VISION with other business systems (e.g., ERP, CNC machinery, inventory management).

Provide technical support during and after implementation, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to ensure clients can effectively use the software.

Stay up to date with software updates and industry best practices to continuously improve integration strategies.

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar position you will have/be:

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

Proven experience in software implementation or systems integration, preferably in a manufacturing or cabinetry environment.

Strong knowledge of CABINET VISION or similar CAD/CAM software.

Familiarity with CNC machinery and manufacturing workflows.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Excellent self-motivation and organisational skills
