Position Details

Primary Role: NDIS Support Worker

Work Location: Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast

Employment Type: Casual roles available

Salary Range: $30 - $45 per hour (subject to experience and qualifications)

Overnight and Weekend rates apply

Qualification & Experience: NDIS or similar experience

Certificate, Diploma in Community Services, Business, Allied Health Qualifications, Drivers Licence.

If you have no NDIS or relevant work experience or qualifications you must be willing to obtain

Must have or willing to get:

NDIS Clearance

Blue Card

First Aid & CPR

Accountabilities:

Supporting participants with differing abilities of all ages.

Utilising positive behaviour support plans

Supporting clients to develop goals from their plans

Community access support incl social groups, leisurely activities and workshops

Support to appointments

Personal & Hygiene care (if required)

Domestic Household Assistance (when needed)

Medical prompting and assistance

Must be able to do Overnight and Weekend shifts for the SIL or STA house (rostered)

Regular shifts (Rotational min 4 shifts Mon - Sun Day or Night)

Paid travel kilometers if personal car is required
