Tecside are seeking Powder Coaters to join a fast-growing manufacturer company located at Wetherill Park. These positions are availaible an immediate start, Monday to Friday from 8:30AM - 4:30 PM, $34+p/h.

About the role:

• Powder coating, sand-blasting and occasional spray-painting
• Mixing paints and coatings to colour specifications
• Setting up, operating and cleaning application equipment
• Touch-ups and painting of small parts
• Conducting in-process and final quality-assurance checks
• Maintaining a tidy, well-organised work area while following WHS procedures

What We're Looking For

• Must have full working rights in Australia
• Previous experience in powder coating or industrial spray-painting/blasting
• Confident with hand and power tools (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent time-management and a proactive work ethic
