Join a leading home builder as a Sales Consultant in the heart of Redland Bay - Shoreline. You will be the sole consultant at this display with dedicated associate support and plenty of opportunity with high enquiry and foot traffic coming through daily. This role is rare and will be suitable for someone with a passion for providing trusted advice through the home building process.

The role will involve:

• Greeting customers & finding a design to match their expectations
• Managing a high volume of leads, qualifying information, and consistently hitting targets
• Presenting tenders to clients and walking them through any queries they have
• Maintain an up to date database and documentation for all sales

What you need

• Strong experience and longevity working for a home builder & selling new homes (in a Display Village environment)
• Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
• Ability to work autonomously & within a team
• Strong administrative skills - working with contracts, housing plans and council requirements
