About the role

Provide comprehensive, highly organised, high level, confidential and client focused executive support to the Clinical Director Paediatric Services. Manage and lead a team of Administrative Officers to ensure high quality administrative assistance is given to the Medical and Nursing staff in Paediatrics Outpatients.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Co-ordinate, lead and manage the Paediatric Administrative team and assist with the review and development of work practices/procedures and the facilitation of professional development for administrative staff.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop systems to ensure optimal efficiencies within the outpatient services, including revenue opportunities.
• Assist with rostering for Paediatric medical staff (including but not limited to roster submission to payroll, submitting leave applications via MyHR, roster swaps, payroll reports)
