About Centrecare
Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation with over 300 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation and training services in over 11 locations across the Perth metropolitan, Goldfields and South West regions.
The Role
Casual pool position that will work across Centrecare's six Perthmetropolitan offices, covering employees leave. This position is based at the front desk attending to enquiries over the phone and in person, assist with appointment bookings and the general administration duties of each branch you work at. For this role, we require strong reception, administrative, customer service and organisational skills to provide a positive impact to the team and office.
Office hours are 9am-5pm Monday & Friday; shifts may vary between 9am-8pm and consists of an evening shift per week 12pm-8pm.
A Few Specifics
- First point of contact for clients when they arrive to the branch.
- Manage phone lines as they come in and multiple calendars for appointment bookings.
- Work in a busy fast paced environment, whilst handling multiple queries at once in a compassionate and professional manner for clients who are in need of our service.
- Attend to general enquiries, administration duties and provide assistance, including referring to other branches or agencies.
- Exercise sound judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity when providing secretarial support where possible.
About You
- Minimum 12 months experience in a busy administration/client services environment.
- Strong knowledge across Microsoft programs and a willingness to learn our internal booking and records systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be conveyed in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- The ability to operate out of different locations across the metro area (north and south).
- A current National Police Certificate
- Current Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Flexible availability to work across Monday - Friday between 9am - 8pm.
- Fast learner and ability to work within a close multi-skilled team environment.
