About the role

Next Generation School of Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Diploma Early Childhood Educator (ANZSCO 421111) to join our vibrant team at our centre in Hammond Park, Western Australia. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families.

What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that support the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of children

Provide a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment that fosters creativity, curiosity and a love of learning

Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families, and regularly communicate with parents about their child's progress

Observe and document children's learning and development, and use this information to tailor lesson plans and activities

Work collaboratively with the teaching team to implement the centre's curriculum and policies

Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and standards

What we're looking for

Diploma in Childhood Education and Care.

An understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families

Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, inclusive care and educational experiences

Valid Working with Children Check
