Your Role:

Provide evidence-based mental health interventions tailored to individual client needs.

Work independently while contributing to a cohesive and caring team culture.

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case discussions and team activities.

What You’ll Bring:

A Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in Psychology (with AHPRA registration) or in Social Work (with Mental Health Accreditation and eligibility for AASW membership).

Proven experience in mental health settings and strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities.

Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a small team environment.

A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Desirable:

Interest in holistic approaches, including neurotherapy and neuromodulation techniques.

Experience with a broad client base including children, families, or rural populations.
