The Position
- Greet clients in person and handle incoming phone calls with professionalism
- Serve as the first point of contact, assisting callers or directing them to the appropriate team member when necessary
- Manage reception emails—respond or forward to relevant staff as needed
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Manage and organise office keys
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception, office, and kitchen area
- Perform general administrative duties, including printing and ordering supplies
- Provide ad hoc support to the HR Admin Manager (your direct report)
The Criteria
- Previous receptionist/admin experience
- A candidate seeking a career in real estate
- Proactive, forward thinking and organised
