Kitchen Renovation Melbourne is seeking a talented Sales Kitchen Designer to join our dynamic team on a commission only basis. As a Sales Kitchen Designer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients design and transform their dream kitchens or bathrooms. You will guide customers through the design process, providing expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.

What you'll be doing

Conducting in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget

Utilize KitchenDraw design software to create highly detailed and visually appealing 3D kitchen designs

Presenting design concepts and proposals to clients, explaining the features and benefits of the proposed solutions to close the sale

Collaborating with our installation team to ensure a seamless transition from design to execution

Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire kitchen renovation process

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a sales kitchen designer within the kitchen/home renovation industry

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients

Strong design skills and must be proficient in using KitchenDraw design software only!!

A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs

Excellent time management and multitasking skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively on your own or as part of a team

A strong closer who understands when the time is right to go for it

Someone with their own reliable car, a laptop with Microsoft Office Suite and you own ABN

Flexibility to work after hours or Saturdays if necessary (Not too many of those)

Excitement and passion for helping clients achieve their ideal renovation project within their budget

What we offer

At Kitchen Renovation Melbourne, we are committed to providing our kitchen designers with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience. In addition to the best commission rates in the industry we offer flexible work arrangements. You can earn up to 20% commission on kitchen sales. We provide fully qualified appointments that will enable you to earn in excess of $200000 P.A. You will enjoy a closing rate of 50% and you will get full support from the Sales Manager to help you achieve these outcomes.
