About the role

PowerSmart Solutions is seeking an exceptional Solar Sales Professional to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. This is a contract role with an unbeatable opportunity to earn over 200k in on-target earnings. As a Solar Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our renewable energy solutions across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct in-person consultations with prospective clients to understand their energy needs and propose tailored solar solutions
• Prepare and present detailed, professional proposals that showcase the benefits of our products and services
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales, ensuring a smooth transition to project delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in solar or renewable energy sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
• Exceptional consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve ambitious sales targets
