Our venue offers over 200 state of the art gaming machines, TAB facilities, our Cage Bar with plenty of TVs for the sport fans, the 5th Quarter Restaurant with an incredible variety of meals to suit everyone and an enclosed kids’ area.

About the Role:

As our Gaming Host, you'll be the face of our exclusive Opal Elite Rewards Program, delivering personalised, 5-star service to our top-tier members. You'll help foster a warm and engaging gaming atmosphere while being a go-to source for VIP hospitality, promotions, and loyalty program expertise.

This exciting and people-focused role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, energy, and premium service.

What You’ll be Doing:

· Personally welcome, host, and farewell VIP members with unmatched professionalism and care

· Build genuine relationships with VIP members, understanding their preferences and needs

· Be the first point of contact for loyalty program inquiries—staff and members alike

· Facilitate and host in-venue promotions and VIP events, including microphone duties

· Collaborate with the Gaming Manager on promotions and experiential event concepts

· Train and support frontline team members to ensure consistent, high-quality member engagement

· Step in and assist Gaming Attendants during quiet VIP periods

· Uphold all RSA and RSG responsibilities and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for all

What You’ll Need:

· Previous experience in gaming or a high-level customer service role

· Current RSA & RSG certification

· Passion for people and outstanding customer service skills

· Ability to thrive under pressure and in fast-paced environments

· Immaculate personal presentation and professional conduct

· Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster, including nights and weekends

This role will initially begin in a casual capacity, and is essential to have availability across Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
