$40–$45/hr depending on experience and reliability

GA Fencing is on the lookout for a capable, hardworking Installer to join our growing team in Brisbane. Based in Coopers Plains, we specialise in aluminium fencing and balustrades, including pool fencing (aluminium and glass). We take pride in delivering clean, high-quality work for builders, homeowners, and commercial projects alike.

You don’t need a list of qualifications — if you can work hard, follow direction, and produce clean results, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Installing aluminium fences and balustrades to spec

Working with both aluminium and glass pool fencing

Using tools confidently: drilling, cutting, grinding, filing, shovelling and setting posts

Reading plans or taking clear direction from team leads

Maintaining a tidy and safe worksite

Occasionally lifting and shifting materials — so a good level of fitness is essential

What we’re looking for:

Experience with aluminium fencing is a big plus

Someone who knows their way around a job site

Confident using power tools and measuring accurately

Physically capable of manual work outdoors

Can work as part of a small, tight-knit team

Willing to listen, learn, and take direction — no egos here

Reliable, punctual and takes pride in clean workmanship
