Experienced Balustrade & Pool Fence Installer

Join our dynamic team on the Sunshine Coast!

We're seeking skilled and motivated individuals to install high-quality glass, aluminium, and stainless steel balustrades, screens, awnings, pool fences, gates, and metalwork.

About the Role:

· Install a variety of products including balustrades, pool fences, screens, and more.

· Work independently and as part of a team.

· Collaborate with onsite foremen and project managers.

What We Offer:

· Competitive hourly rates of $35-$45 depending on experience.

· Overtime opportunities.

· $1000 sign-on bonus after a successful 3-month trial

· Potential for a company vehicle after the trial period.

· Casual or full-time positions available.

Skills and Experience:

· Proven experience in balustrade, pool fence, and metalwork installation.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

· Current white card, working at heights certificate, and driver's license.

Subcontractor Opportunities: Experienced subcontractors are also encouraged to apply. Competitive contract rates of $40-$50 per hour. You must have your own vehicle, tools, public liability insurance, ABN, and relevant certifications.
