Your part in Buderim Private Hospital team

As part of our Surgical Ward team, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, you will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy.

What makes a difference for us?

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in acute hospital setting

Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration

Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship

An ability to coordinate and prioritise your wards clinical load
