What Makes a Difference for Us?
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in general surgical nursing
Commitment to evidence-based clinical care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for continuous improvement and team values
Availability to work all 3 shifts over a 7-day roster
Dedication to ongoing professional development
