Due to growth we are looking for multiple retail assistants to work in Epping store, across a wide range of days/hours which includes weekends.

The role:

Provide outstanding customer service by going above and beyond in every interaction

Maintain stock levels instore

Communicate with management on store needs

Work under pressure during busy periods

Think on your feet and have excellent problem solving abilities

Operating the POS system and handling cash

Passion for customer service and retail

Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude

Previous retail experience
