Position: L2 Helpdesk Engineer
Location: Perth, CBD
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + super + perks
Job Type: Permanent
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer to provide high-quality IT support to clients across various industries, including Mining, Agriculture, and Professional Services. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, manage Microsoft 365 environments, and contribute to process improvements. This role offers a clear growth path, evolving into a Microsoft 365 specialist with a focus on automation and AI solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT problems efficiently.
Manage service requests and document resolutions.
Perform Microsoft 365 administration.
Provide PowerShell scripting for automation.
Work with Power Platform and SharePoint to optimise environments.
Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 and AI technologies.
Collaborate with the internal team to improve system performance and security.
Assist with new client onboarding.
Role Requirements:
Experience in a Level 2 helpdesk or service desk role.
Provide project support for clients.
Experienced with M365 administration, PowerShell, and RMM tools.
Experienced working with SharePoint for automation and collaboration.
Knowledge of Power Platform.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
Desirable:
IT certifications in Microsoft.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework (preferred but not essential).
Previous MSP experience (not essential)
Previous project experience (implementations or deployments).
