We are seeking a mature, positive and motivated individual to join our team at City Cave Mackay, one of Australia's leading wellness franchises, offering magnesium floats, infrared saunas and massage therapy. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment accessible to everyone!

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years in a customer-focused role, which is well suited to experience in a health/fitness, hairdressing/beauty or hospitality industry, however the right attitude is more important.

This position involves:

• Being a versatile multitasker who can run all aspects of the daily operations in our Cave, which includes opening and closing of centre, preparing floats and saunas for each guest, pool chemistry checks, and guiding guests through their services
• Admin tasks including bookings, payments, banking, sales, record management, social media posts and phone calls
• Cave presentation including maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the centre
• Working towards company goals and objectives, and playing a key role in contributing to the overall success of the team
• Being productive while working independently, and taking initiative while following policies and procedures
• The ability to prioritise and manage time effectively to work to a deadline, while coordinating guests and fellow staff
• Rolling a towel or two...
