JAB Earthworx is hiring a Civil Maintenance Labourer to join our friendly and hardworking team in Hope Valley or Bolivar, SA. This casual role offers 37.5 hours per week plus overtime, working on essential water infrastructure that keeps South Australia running.

What You'll Do:

General labouring duties - digging, shovelling, use of hand tools and leg rammer

Support the maintenance and repair of critical water infrastructure, including pipes, valves, access chambers, and hydrants

Assist with both planned maintenance and emergency response work to ensure water systems stay operational

Operate MR vehicles, essential site tools and equipment

Set up and pack down worksites, keeping everything clean, safe, and compliant

Work alongside a great crew who are professional, supportive — and know how to have a laugh along the way

What We're Looking For:

Experience in civil maintenance, labouring, or water-related infrastructure (preferred)

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather

MR (Medium Rigid) licence - essential

Comfortable using hand tools and following safety protocols

White Card - essential
