About the Role
We’re currently seeking passionate, reliable, and proactive Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. This is a casual position with flexible hours and the opportunity for long-term, consistent shifts.
You’ll work with participants in their homes and communities, providing support with daily living tasks, personal care, and community participation. You’ll play an important role in helping people build capacity, explore their interests, and live fulfilling lives on their own terms.
The Right Fit
We’re looking for support workers who are not only skilled, but genuinely interested in connecting with participants and supporting their personal goals and interests. These include:
Community Participation: Nature walks, beach trips, fishing, attending motorsport or football events, art or cooking classes, water activities, gym and fitness.
Social Participation: Coffee catchups, movies, music events, volunteering, photography, visiting friends and family.

Key Responsibilities
Individualised Support
Provide person-centred care that aligns with each participant’s NDIS goals.
Assist with personal care, household tasks, and meal preparation.
Support participants to access the community and attend appointments or activities.
Engagement & Capacity Building
Encourage independence, decision-making, and skill development.
Proactively plan and participate in fun, meaningful outings and experiences.
Build trust and rapport through consistent, respectful care.
Compliance & Communication
Follow all NDIS and workplace policies and procedures.
Accurately record progress notes, incident reports, and participant updates.
Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the broader support team.
What We’re Looking For
Experience supporting people with physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disability.
Confident working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
A mature, reliable and proactive approach.
Understanding of trauma-informed practice and emotional safety.
Passion for building long-term working relationships with participants.
Minimum Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Police Check
Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle (with comprehensive cover)
Completion of NDIS Mandatory Modules (or willingness to complete)
Desirable: Certificate III in Individual Support or related qualification.
