What You’ll Be Doing

As an Exercise Physiologist, you’ll help older adults and NDIS participants improve their strength, mobility, and functional independence—all within their home environment.

Your work will include:

Delivering personalised assessments and evidence-based exercise interventions

Supporting chronic disease management, falls prevention, and neurological conditions

Designing goal-oriented programs for neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiometabolic conditions

Assisting NDIS participants with reports, equipment trials, and capacity-building strategies

Liaising with family members, support coordinators, and your clinical team to ensure coordinated care

What a Typical Day Looks Like

☀️ Start by reviewing your visit schedule and preparing any equipment or resources

🏡 Travel to client homes to deliver therapy and monitor progress

📝 Document your session outcomes, exercise plans, or report notes during the day

🤝 Connect with teammates online or at hub meetings to share strategies and ideas

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology

Full ESSA accreditation

NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to apply)

Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

Current Driver’s Licence + reliable vehicle
