We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and community-minded Disability and Community Support Workers (Male) to support our clients in Broome and the surrounding areas.

Your role will include:

Providing personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, toileting)

Assisting with household tasks (e.g. cleaning, meal prep, shopping)

Supporting clients to achieve goals and maintain independence

Facilitating community access and participation

Assisting with transport to appointments and activities

Promoting social inclusion and mental well-being
