Infuse Travel is seeking a Travel Administrator to join its team on a permanent part-time basis (3-4 days / 0.6-0.8 FTE). The workplace can be either Mornington or Grantville (VIC). This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven company specialising in student travel, education and community development.

Our head office is in Mornington (VIC), our outdoor education camp is near Phillip Island in Grantville (VIC), and our operational footprint extends across Australia and into 15+ countries.

Position Overview
A Travel Administrator at Infuse is tasked with a range of administrative responsibilities to support our travel agency and tour operations. Working across teams and departments, the role requires someone with a diverse skillset that is highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Applicant Pre-Requisites

· Travel agency experience in flight reservations.

· Office administration and data entry skills

· Customer service and/or receptionist experience

Responsibilities

1. Flight Administration

· Quotes, reservations and ticketing for groups travelling domestically and overseas

· Source and issue flights for staff

· Data entry and client communication

· Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and accommodations for staff.

· Issue travel insurance policies

· Compile and send visa instructions

2. Customer Service

· General office administration and receptionist responsibilities.

· Answering phone calls, responding to email enquiries and recording communications in our CRM system.

· Compose external communications for clients including emails, letters and documents.

· Support clients with completing documentation to prepare them for travel.

· Coordinate postage/shipping of merchandise and marketing materials.

3. Staff Administration

· Support our Staffing Manager with issuing and collecting documents such as employment agreements.

· Maintain compliance through accurate record keeping of employee files, qualifications and forms.

Time Allotment
Permanent part-time, 3-4 days per week. Ongoing employment after 6-month probation and successful performance review.

Remuneration
· Indicative base salary range AU$60,000 – 70,000 (paid pro-rata) negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

· 11.5% superannuation.

· Four weeks annual leave.

· Time in lieu and flexible working arrangements.
