An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated Travel Consultant to join a leading global travel company. In this full-time role based in Melbourne, VIC, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and tailored travel solutions to a diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

Providing expert travel advice and assistance to customers, demonstrating strong product knowledge across a range of destinations and travel packages

Researching, planning and booking complex itineraries that meet the individual needs of each client

Maintaining strong relationships with customers and proactively following up on their travel arrangements

Processing bookings, payments and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

Continuously developing your expertise through industry training and staying up-to-date with the latest travel trends and offerings

Contributing to the growth and development of the team and the company through exceptional service delivery

What we're looking for Must have permanent working rights

Minimum 1 -2 years' experience in a customer service role/call centre role

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach

A genuine passion for travel and a desire to share your knowledge and expertise with others
