About to the role

As project manager you will be responsible for the overall delivery of construction projects with duties including:

• Management of project budget and cost reports.
• Client management and running PCG's.
• Management of site team and contract administrator.
• Design and consultant management.
• Present monthly project reports to construction managers and directors.

About You
You will ideally have experience working on commercial or defence projects in a Project Manager role or Senior Contract Administrator/Senior Project Coordinator role. Previous experience working on new build projects will also be considered favourably
