We’re now seeking a skilled and experienced tradesperson to join our team as an RV Assembly Technician.

The Role
This role is suited to someone with a strong trade background who takes pride in producing high-quality, detailed work. You’ll be involved in the final stages of caravan construction, including:

Precision assembly and installation of interior and exterior components

Fitting cabinetry, fixtures, plumbing fittings, electrical accessories, and trim

Reading and interpreting plans and specifications

Working autonomously and as part of a quality-driven team

Delivering consistent, clean, and high-standard workmanship

What You Bring
✔️ Hands-on experience in a relevant trade (cabinet making, carpentry, shopfitting, electrical work, RV/boat fit-out etc.)
✔️ High attention to detail and finish quality
✔️ Strong ability to work with tools and materials confidently and safely
✔️ Can-do attitude and commitment to doing the job right the first time
✔️ Ability to read drawings and measure precisely
✔️ Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team
✔️ Experience in the caravan or RV industry is desirable, but not essential
